$25,000 VCU CONNECTED EQUIPMENT WARRANTY
V-Blox will repair or replace, as its option, and subject to the maximum dollar amount of $25,000 per unit per occurrence, any downstream consumer equipment, which is damaged by a Transient Voltage Surge/Spike, or a Lightning Strike, while protected by a V-Blox Voltage Conditioning Unit (VCU), or Units, that is/are properly connected to an Electrical Panel, Main Distribution Panel, Control Panel, or any AC power line with a protective ground.
The V-Blox Connected Equipment Guarantee will repair or replace each item of damaged equipment, whichever is less, up to a maximum of $25,000 per V-Blox VCU unit per occurrence.
V-Blox Fixed, Load Sentry, Auto Tune PFC, and CoolPro EM Units do not apply to this Connected Equipment Guarantee.

Voltage Conditioning Units (VCU) – 15 Years
V-Blox warrants the original purchaser for 15 years, that the newly purchased V-Blox Voltage Conditioning Units (VCU) shall be free from defects in design, assembly, and material or workmanship. V-Blox will repair or replace, at its option, any defective product free of charge, including VCU units that have been damaged by lightning or a power surge during the warranty period.
Fixed Power Factor Correction Units (PFC) – 15 Years
V-Blox warrants the original purchaser for 15 years, that the newly purchased V-Blox Fixed Power Factor Correction Units (PFC) shall be free from defects in design, assembly, and material or workmanship. V-Blox will repair or replace, at its option, any defective product free of charge, any PFC units that mechanically fail during the warranty period, not including any damage to PFC units caused by the customer, etc.
Load Sentry Power Factor Correction Units (PFC) – 5 Years
V-Blox warrants the original purchaser for 5 years, that the newly purchased V-Blox Load Sentry (LSC) Power Factor Correction Units shall be free from defects in design, assembly, and material or workmanship. V-Blox will repair or replace, at its option, any defective product free of charge, any LSC units that mechanically fail during the warranty period, not including any damage to LSC units caused by the customer, etc.
Auto Tune Power Factor Correction Units (PFC) – 5 Years
V-Blox warrants the original purchaser for 5 years, that the newly purchased V-Blox Auto Tune (ATC) Power Factor Correction Units shall be free from defects in design, assembly, and material or workmanship. V-Blox will repair or replace, at its option, any defective product free of charge, any ATC units that mechanically fail during the warranty period, not including any damage to ATC units caused by the customer, etc
SmartCool Units – 3 Years
SmartCool™ warrants the original purchaser for 3 years that the newly purchased SmartCool™ units shall be free from defects in design, assembly, and material or workmanship. SmartCool™ will repair or replace, at its option, any defective product free of charge, any SmartCool™ units that mechanically fail during the warranty period, not including any damage to SmartCool™ units caused by the customer, etc.
Lighting Equipment – 2 to 10 Years (Depending on the Equipment)
Lighting projects consist of multiple lighting equipment possibilities and each has its own manufacturer’s warranty. The average warranty period with lighting is 2-5 years, and with some of the new LED technology, up to 10 years. Whatever lighting package is put together for your facility, the specific lighting warranties will be spelled out per product selection and provided after the installation is complete.
Total Energy Concepts ® Warranty Labor Policy – 1 Year WARRANTY from Date of Installation
Total Energy Concepts® (TEC) will cover the cost of any labor associated with the replacement of Warranty Units, to the original purchaser, for a period of (12) calendar months from the date of installation. After that date, the labor costs associated with the replacement of any Warranty Units will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
